Shipping Policy
We ship ground via UPS or USPS
Shipping charges are calculated automatically when you place your order.
Most items usually ship out within 3 to 5 business days unless mentioned on the item itself
Tags and Ribbons require 10 to 15 days
Customized and made to order items will require 4 to 6 weeks.

Return Policy
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM, SO WE CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH THE CORRECT ADRESS FOR RETURN, as our products ship from different warehouses.
We will issue a full credit on all items returned within one month of your receipt. However shipping charges will not be credited. The customer is also responsible for the return shipment. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Customized items cannot be returned
Please contact us to give us reasons for your return along with your order number, name and adress, before sending your package back to us.
